The American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) warmly welcomes interested students from across the country. The academic program at AAAOM was developed with direct input from accomplished Chinese scholar-doctors, each of whom has contributed to the general body of knowledge about TCM. Their knowledge and experience is also reflected in the comprehensive curriculum that comprises the Oriental Medicine program at AAAOM. Students find the program to be both intellectually stimulating and practical. Our goal is to train health care professionals who will practice at a level that meets or exceeds the highest standards of practice for traditional Chinese medicine in the community
