MORNING PRAYERS & MEDITATION are held at 6:30 AM every day. Evening prayers and meditation are at 10:00 PM. Come join us whenever you wish.TEACHER CONSULTATIONS are available by appointment.TEACHER TRAINING in Hatha Yoga and Meditation is offered in beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. Courses available for teacher training credit are marked TT followed by the number of credit hours.Yearly group retreats are also held at out of town sites.BOOKSTORE has wonderful books and CDs on health and spirituality. Shawls, scarves, malas from India, handmade meditation cushions, breathing bags, eye pillows, and hatha yoga notecards are also available.KARMA YOGA is yoga in the action of service.BED & BREAKFAST is available for those wishing to attend seminars and classes from out of town. $54.00 per night.
