Eleven years and one month ago now Bill Hosko (42) chose his hometown of St. Paul to open Hosko Gallery. In another month he will open a second downtown business, Sweet William & Tea, a Scottish themed teahouse located across from Hosko Gallery in the beautiful Endicott Arcade on Fith, its extensive renovation nearly complete. Out on the distant Great Plains of far northeast Montana Bill is also nearing completion on another business, a café on the main-street of a little town called Opheim.
